It’s All Hallows’ Eve!

It’s All Hallows’ Eve, and couples going through divorce often feel their soon-to-be ex-spouse is a pirate who seeks to pillage and plunder their livelihood. But even while emotions are running rampant, ex-husband and wife really only want three things: (1) to ensure they divvy up the assets quickly, (2) that they part ways knowing full well that they received the most out of the sale of their home, and (3) that they work with someone who is not only knowledgeable but also sensitive to their cause. Unfortunately, either ex might be skeptical about whom the other party chooses and whether or not they meet that criteria, which is truly understandable.

As a professional Realtor and someone who has voyaged through those turbulent waters, I know there’s much more to that still. However, my personal and professional experience and my involvement with the NADP gives me an advantage over most.
